I would never rat out a friend *cough* but look what happens if you don’t clean out your bobbin case for, um, a while…

Perhaps your friend has been sewing cats, or angora rabbits.
Bye

Maybe thereโs a bird building itโs nest in the bobbin case.
Oh my God! That’s revolting. Whoever could let their sewing machine get into such a state? Tell me who it is – I’ll give ’em what for!!
I’m astonished a mouse hasn’t moved in! It would be one comfy, cozy home and you’d only need a little extra to jam it so that it would be a quiet home too! LOL!
I thought that “she who will not be named” was collecting stuffing for a new project…
Reminds me I need to see what is inside my machine.
Do you know, after that wonderful spring cleaning, I’m machine quilting like a pro!! Don’t know what happened, but the tension issue is sorted – yay!!
Once I’ve finished the quilt, I’ll return to making a pin cushion with all that lint!!
Gasp!! Is that YOUR machine, Tanya?

Mine? No…..? What would make you think that??
My head hangs in shame.
casting the first stone…. This is what mine looks like after an intense high level thread count free motion quilting session – thank God for ultra mini vacs… At least it looks like there was some fun in the creation of lint poop!
LOL! That would make a great poster or part of a collage. Bent needles, gnarled up bits of thread, the linty bobbin area. Lots of people would relate!
That looks quite challenging to clean, actually. How did you/your friend get it out?
Woo, thats impressive!
That is the best case of fuzz I have ever seen! Well done ๐
